Research Abstract

当初の予定では、癌微小循環を観察し薬剤伝達システムの検討およびその効果を調べる予定であった。しかし、免疫不全マウスに、癌細胞を移植し、その部分を生体顕微鏡にて観察しようとしたが、感染などの問題により観察することが困難となった。そこで、ラットを用いた子宮内膜自家移植による子宮内膜症の微小循環を観察し、その病態を検討した。今後、クリーンルームを用いることにより、この技術を用いて癌微小循環を検討したい。
