Research Abstract

選択的エストロゲン受容体調節薬(SERM)によって調節されている蛋白質を検討していく中でHMG (high mobility group)蛋白質に注目した。当大学倫理委員会の承認を受けHMG蛋白質であるBrg1-associated factor 57 (BAF57)とmitochondrial transcription factor A (mtTFA)についてその発現が子宮内膜癌の有意な予後因子であることがわかった。今後は子宮内膜間質系腫瘍、平滑筋肉腫に対するHMG蛋白質の解析に研究を発展して行く考えである。
