| Research Abstract |
解剖学的検索と臨床例の積み重ねから, 我々が開発してきた頭蓋底腫瘍に対する新しい術式である片側および両側Faicial dismasking法, さらにNasal downward swing法の術野展開の限界について明らかにし明確な手術適応を決定することができるようになった. 一方, 副咽頭間隙の解剖学的研究と副咽頭間隙腫瘍と咀嚼筋や内頸動脈の位置関係に関する画像所見の集積により, 副咽頭間隙に発生した腫瘍の起源を推測することができ, さらに進展様式を予測できるようになった.これらの成果は, 副咽頭間隙腫瘍の手術適応, 術式の選択に有用な指針を与えるものと考える.
