| Research Abstract |
近年、組織工学的手法を用いた臓器再生に関する研究が数多く報告され、一部では臨床応用の域にまで到達した。気管に関して我々の研究グループは組織再生型人工気管を開発し、複数の臨床応用を経験し良好な結果を得ている。本研究では、移植後の人工気管内腔面の上皮化促進を図る工夫として、人工気管に線維芽細胞を付加したモデル、人工気管内腔面にコラーゲン薄膜(ビトリゲル)を付加したモデルを作製し、in vivoでの評価を行った。その結果両者とも上皮化促進の効果が示された。
