| Research Abstract |
耳鼻咽喉科の手術教育プログラムを作成する目的で、基本となる解剖知識、手技の客観的評価法を開発することを試みた。アイマークレコーダーによる画像の視線軌跡解析では、個人の思考過程ならびに的確度を算出することができ、能力に応じた指導が必要であることが明らかとなった。一方、実モデルとナビゲーションシステムを用いた手技の評価では、繰り返す練習だけではない個人の感性を考慮した指導法の必要性が明らかとなった。今後は、行動工学にもとづく適切な教育プログラムの完成と、内視鏡手術に重要な脳中枢のHand-Eye coordination(visuomotor skill)のメカニズムを解明していきたい。
