Research Abstract

本研究では、角膜生体共焦点顕微鏡を用いてK-structureの2次元構造を明らかにし、それらがanterior corneal mosaic(ACM)と一致することから、K-structureがACMの解剖学的原因であることが強く示唆された。また、ボウマン層が障害されている疾患ではK-structureやACMが消失していることが判明し、ACMはボウマン層の健常性の指標となり得ることを証明した。
