| Research Abstract |
1.緑内障の早期発見を目指して従来の視野計の改良を行った。正常と緑内障の被験者に、発光ダイオードの点滅に合わせてスイッチの点滅を行ってもらったところ、点灯に反応する時間が緑内障患者で遅い傾向を示した。2.緑内障治療薬ウノプロストンの視神経再生促進作用を、網膜培養と視神経内軸索再生で調べた。濃度3μMで促進効果が最大で、神経突起のみ伸展していた。
