| Research Abstract |
過去の研究により, 膵胆管合流異常の症状はlithostathine蛋白栓による膵胆管の閉塞により生じることが明らかとなった。本研究では, 発症時に蛋白栓の閉塞を内視鏡的に解除する臨床応用と, 蛋白栓を溶解する基礎実験を実施した。臨床応用は内視鏡的胆管ステントチューブ留置を10名に実施し, 速やかな症状改善をみた。体外に出ない点で小児に有用であった。基礎実験で, 蛋白栓は有機酸などの酸性および塩基性溶液に溶解することが判明した。有機酸の臨床応用が考えられた。
