Research Abstract

本研究では、コラーゲンスポンジとシリコーン膜からなる二層性人工真皮を足場材料として用い、自己血清を用いた自家線維芽細胞および培養真皮の培養方法を確立し、安全性の確認も行った。本培養法を用いて作製した自家培養真皮を使用する臨床試験「自家培養真皮を用いた糖尿病性潰瘍に対する創床形成療法の安全性と臨床効果の検討」を京都大学医の倫理委員会の許可を得て開始した。今後2年間にわたって自家培養真皮の安全性と有効性を評価する予定である
