| Research Abstract |
ウサギの慢性虚血肢モデルを用いて皮膚欠損創を作成し、末梢血および骨髄液を濃縮した多血小板血漿(PRP)を注射し、生理食塩水との効果の違いを実験的に観察した。末梢血PRPでは生理食塩水との差がなかったが、骨髄PRPでは有意に創傷治癒の促進が観察された。骨髄PRPでは骨髄細胞が移植され、あるものは生着し、持続的に成長因子を放出することにより、創傷治癒を促進するのではないかと推察できる。骨髄PRPは安価で簡単に作成でき、虚血肢における潰瘍治療に役立つと考えられる。
