| Research Abstract |
骨吸収性疾患である骨粗鬆症の罹患は年々増加しているがゆえに、失われた骨を再生することが急務であるが適切な薬剤はみつかっていない。システインプロテアーゼインヒビターの一種としてよく知られておりシスタチンCは、骨に骨吸収を抑制すること等が報告されている。我々は、シスタチンCの骨の組織での作用とその作用機構について明らかにすることを目的として、Yeast Two hybrid法によりシスタチンCの結合タンパクの検索をおこなった。
