| Research Abstract |
うま味受容体(T1R1, T1R3)のプロモーター領域の検索および解析を行った。その結果、ヒトT1R1遺伝子においては、その上流領域の開始コドン上流118bpにプロモーター領域が存在し、その領域中にSp1が結合し、T1R1の転写を活性化していることが明らかになった。ヒトT1R3遺伝子においては、C/EBPβがT1R3遺伝子の開始コドン上流226bpにあるプロモーター領域に結合し、T1R3の転写の活性化していることが明らかになった。
