Research Abstract

Sixホメオボックス遺伝子は眼、耳、鼻などの感覚器の発生に共通して作用することが知られ、なかでもSix1 とSix4が欠損すると嗅上皮や内耳の形成が著しく阻害される。味覚器である味蕾と味蕾を生じる舌乳頭に影響があるかどうか組織学的手法を用いて調べた。
