Research Abstract |
本研究課題において、脂肪酸の味覚および味覚修飾について味覚神経応答と組織学的検索を行った。脂肪酸による味覚神経応答と、苦味抑制が見られKO マウス実験により脂肪酸受容・伝達に関わる分子が示唆された。
