Research Abstract

ラット耳下腺腺房細胞のプロテオーム解析によってFGF-13が同定された。腺房細胞にFGF-13のmRNAが発現していること,および免疫組織化学によって尖端膜に局在していることを確認した。このことはFGF-13が分泌に対して何らかの働きをしていると示唆された事からその機能について現在検討中である。他方,kinase A およびCDK5に対するリン酸化サイトを分子内に有するタンパク質(shimo-7)が同定され,その抗体やペプチド断片を化学合成し,現在それらを用いて分泌との関わりを鋭意検討中である。
