Research Abstract |
siRNA創薬のためには, 標的遺伝子に対して高いRNAi活性と特異性を有する配列を選択し, これらsiRNAを標的細胞へ効率よく導入しなければならない。現在バイオインフォマティクスを駆使したコンピュータ解析によって理論的に優れたsiRNAの設計が可能となっているが, その効果は実際に生きた細胞を用いて検証しなければならない。本研究ではこの目的のために様々な培養細胞からなるシステムを構築した。
