Research Abstract

むし歯の経験のない人の歯列の咬合面の3年間の磨耗量は59～281μm、咬合力は197～850Nで、個人差が大きく、両者の間に正の相関関係を認めた。コンポジットレジン修復材料のなかで粉砕型フィラータイプは、ミクロフィラー含有の有機フィラータイプや、粉砕型にミクロフィラーを添加したタイプの材料より大きい磨耗量を示した。生理的磨耗による切縁・咬合面の象牙質露出に関する疫学調査では、年齢と象牙質露出率との間で相関が認められた。
