Research Abstract

本研究の目的は、レーザーを応用したより快適でより生物学的なう蝕治療法の確立のための基礎的データーを得ることである。免疫組織学的、さらに遺伝子解析の方法を用いて、レーザー照射の象牙質・歯髄複合体への影響を調べた結果、半導体レーザー照射では、0.5Wと1.5Wの出力の差で治癒機転が大きく異なり、一方Er:YAGレーザーによる窩洞形成では、歯髄の損傷は軽度であり、従来の切削器具と同様な治癒過程を経ることが明らかとなった。
