Research Abstract

本研究では、抗酸化剤で口腔内好中球の細胞死を制御することを目的に,1) 細胞内活性酸素量および細胞内グルタチオン量,2) flow cytometry 解析および電子顕微鏡を用いた形態学的検討,シグナル伝達阻害剤および抗酸化剤による細胞死の遅延効果,アポトーシス関連分子の発現様態,カスパーゼ活性およびミトコンドリア膜電位を指標として評価した.さらに、抗酸化作用を有する天然素材のマスティックによる口腔内好中球の細胞死抑制作用を解析した。マスティックは、口腔内好中球の細胞死を抑制した。また、抗酸化作用を有していた。
