| Research Abstract |
可視光線重合型のコンポジットレジンが専用の光照射器以外の光でも重合を起こす。特にユニット無影灯は照度が著しく高いため,影響は大きい.臨床で使用している無影灯の波長特性および無影灯暴露下でのコンポジットレジンの操作時間を測定したところ、無影灯の波長域は可視光全域に渡っていた.照度は短距離では365001x～84901xであった.光レジンの操作時間は無影灯点灯下では著しく短縮した。
このことより、ユニット無影灯はコンポジットレジンの操作時間に著しい影響を与えることがわかった。
