| Research Abstract |
本研究では, 最初に健常有歯顎者および部分床義歯装着者を対象として, 種々の咀嚼能力試験を用いて関連を検討した. その結果, 咀嚼の混合能力は粉砕能力と関連するが咬断能力とは関連しないことを明らかににした. 次に, 部分床義歯装着者において, 咀嚼能力と患者立脚型指標(口腔関連QoL, 患者満足度, 主観的咀嚼能力)との関連を検討した. その結果, 咀嚼混合能力と粉砕能力は, 主観的な咀嚼能力とは弱いながらも関連することが明らかになった.
