Research Abstract

歯槽骨再生を目的としてβ-Tricalcium Phosphate(β-TCP)スラリーを均一なサイズの球状粒径ビーズに調整する技術によって顆粒間隙も調整できる補填材の作製が可能となった.そこでアルギン酸をバインダーとして新生骨形成に最適な間隙を有する操作性に優れたインジェクタブルな三次元複合体骨補填材を開発した.さらに,in vivoならびにin vitro両試験において良好な生体適合性を確認したことから複合体は,局所注入可能な骨補填材ならびに間葉系幹細胞などの三次元培養担体として骨再生医療に応用可能なことが示唆された.
