Research Abstract

歯の移植の適応拡大のため、凍結保存歯の歯根膜を有効に再生させる方法を確立する目的で、ラット臼歯を抜歯後、凍結保存して解凍後に腹部皮膚に移植する実験系を作成した。凍結保存歯は解凍した後、一定期間器官培養して腹部皮下へ移植した。凍結保存歯は、即時移植した歯と比較して明確な歯根膜の再生能の改善は見いだされなかった。今後も培養法を改良し、凍結保存歯の器官培養の有効性および問題点を明らかにしていく予定である。
