Research Abstract

本研究では、bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2)をI型コラーゲンに固定化し、骨誘導能が高まることを確認した。さらに骨髄幹細胞を固定化BMP-2にて骨芽細胞へ誘導したのちマウス背部皮下へ移植実験をおこなった。これにより固定化BMP-2が骨髄幹細胞を骨芽細胞へ効率的に分化誘導し、誘導された細胞の移植実験より同細胞が骨芽細胞として骨形成に寄与することを確認した。
