Research Abstract

NEOBONE(R)は、ヒト顎骨骨芽細胞の増殖、分化および石灰化を支持し、顎骨組織再生において有用な生体材料である可能性が明らかとなった。また、骨芽細胞の足場としてのscaffoldとしても有用であり、NEOBONE(R)と骨芽細胞複合体は生体親和性および骨伝導能を有し、骨組織の早期再生を促進することが明らかとなった。
