Research Abstract |
抗血管新生遺伝子治療単独群[アンジオスタチンplasmid DNA (100μg)、エンドスタチンplasmid DNA(100 μg)、NK4 plasmid DNA (100 μg)]に比較し、CDDP(1.5mg/kg ; 1週間に5回で3週間継続)併用投与群において有意な腫瘍抑制効果を認めた。
