| Research Abstract |
ヘルペス科ウイルス感染に対する宿主の炎症反応について、histidine decarboxylase(HDC)活性と炎症性サイトカインの変動を指標にして調べた。
感染後、臓器重量の増加、HDC活性の上昇、炎症性サイトカインの増加が認められた。それらは、臓器別、ピークの時期や期間、ウイルスの種類や感染部位に差が認められた。好中球やマクロファージがない状態では、免疫が正常な場合と比較し、臓器重量やサイトカイン量について異なる所見を得た。
