Research Abstract

ラット上顎第1臼歯を矯正力によって近心移動させる実験で、遠心根で重度の中央根で中程度の、また近心根で軽度の歯根吸収が観察された。これらは時間と矯正力の大きさに依存していた。これらを4ヶ月まで経時的に観察すると歯根吸収部位の最大70%の再石灰化治癒が認められた。これは、全ての根において観察された。
