Research Abstract

セメント芽細胞はPGE_2によって石灰化の抑制が認められたのに対し、FK-506およびBMP-2の添加によりalkaline phosphatase活性の上昇、転写因子osterixの発現亢進が認められ、NFATの関与が示唆された。イヌの歯周組織欠損では、bFGFやPDGFによって良好な歯周組織再生が認められ、これらの因子に関連する転写因子に関して今後解析が必要である。
