Research Abstract

幹細胞移入とプリンヌクレオチドの融和による新規歯周組織再生療法を樹立することを目指し、脂肪組織由来未分化間葉系幹細胞(ADSC) をヒト脂肪組織より単離し硬組織への分化誘導能をin vitroにて検討した。その結果、ADSC は硬組織形成能を有することが確認され、また長期培養後の形質転換もなく安全性が高いことを明らかにした。さらに、歯周病動物モデルを用いて、ADSC 移入による歯周組織再生を検討し、歯周組織再生促進が強く示唆される結果を得ることができた。
