| Research Abstract |
本研究では看護学生の段階別コミュニケーション能力評価尺度・教育プログラムの開発を行った。最終的に9つの因子,42項目からなる尺度が開発された。授業プログラムでは,ロールプレイが最も効果の高い事が検証された。本研究結果から【人間尊重,【積極的傾聴】【音響学的配慮】【言語化】【係わり】【観察】【フォーカシング】【アサーション】【感情コントロール】を中心に学ぶことのできる授業プログラムが開発された。
