| Research Abstract |
セルフケア自己評価尺度として8因子(生きることへのモラール、自己決定、内的統制、自律的動機づけ、社会的孤立、自己効力情動コントロール、知識、医療者の活用)42項目を抽出した。外来受診時にこの自己評価尺度に答えていく中で、日常生活の些細な出来事やライフイベント、治療効果の影響に応じて自己評価が変化し、生活を振り返り、セルフケアとの関連に気づくことでリフレクション(省察)につながり、明日からの療養生活の動機づけとなり、自己決定能力向上につながる傾向が見られた。
