| Research Abstract |
立位姿勢保持能を高めるフットケアの評価指標を見出す目的で,足底圧分布を測定し,形態および転倒との関係をみた。成人の足指圧は,前傾に伴い増加し,足圧中心位置約60%FLで急増した。特に母指圧の増加が早く,増加率も大きかった。また,縦足弓高が低いと早期から母指圧が増加した。高齢者の足指圧は,成人と比べて「同様」「安静立位時に高い」「前傾に伴う増加が低い」に分類され,転倒との関連がみられた。以上から,足指圧が姿勢保持の指標の1つであるとの示唆を得た。
