| Research Abstract |
在宅寝たきり老人へ手軽に下半身浴が実施できることを目指し機器の開発を行った。最終的に完成したものは塩化ビニール製で全長160cm,幅90cm,前面部分へ実施者の腕を挿入する穴6ヶ所(直径14cm),排水口3ヶ所(直径10cm),内部へ保温用のポリウレタンシート(全長160cm,幅73cm)を敷いた。試用の結果この機器は在宅療養中の末期がんの方や,住居の立地条件のため訪問入浴車が入ることのできない場合,訪問入浴を何かしらの理由で拒否している場合等にニーズがあることがわかった。
