Research Abstract |
I have developed a photo-cleavable linker for identifications of the target proteins of attractive bio-active compounds. We here demonstrated that known target proteins such as FKBP12, CAII, and so on, were selectively eluted from affinity resins using our method, only by irradiation under protein-friendly mild conditions. This development is important for the identification.
