| Research Abstract |
マウスの坐骨神経結紮による神経因性疼痛モデルの探索において,腓腹神経のみの単独結紮により明らかな疼痛閾値の低下が生じることを明らかにした。また,本モデルにおけるホルマリン誘発疼痛に対して,コリン作動薬の側脳室内投与は有意な鎮痛作用を発現した。この鎮痛作用は,ムスカリンM1およびM3受容体拮抗薬の前投与により一部抑制されたが,ホルマリン疼痛反応第II相に対する鎮痛作用には明らかな変化は生じなかった。
