| Research Abstract |
本調査研究の目的は、イギリスにおいて政府・自治体による非営利セクターへの資金提供がどのように変化し、それが非営利組織の運営にどのような影響を及ぼしているかを調査することを通じて、日本の地方パートナーシップ政策のあり方を考察するものである。そのため、イギリスのサウス・ウエスト・リージョン及び日本(東京・三重)の主要自治体・中間支援組織を対象に現地調査を行う。本調査研究によって、日本の非営利セクターのサステナビリティの政策的・制度的基盤条件を明らかにすることをねらいとしている。
