Basd on the existing studies of net-communication and schema theories in cognitive psychology, I attempt to construct a model for the co-creation (joint-creation) of commodity image by using CM (Commercial). And making the analysis of the consumer's benefit on CM (Commercial), I prove the co-creation (joint-creation) model as above.
