Research Abstract

生体深部をin vivoイメージングすることを目標に、近赤外蛍光体・多色ルシフェラーゼを融合させ、2つの物質間に生じるエネルギー移動を利用、融合体より最大発光波長650-750nmの光を発する近赤外発光プローブの創製を目的とした。本研究の結果、最大発光波長460nm波長で励起できる近赤外蛍光体とルシフェラーゼ融合体の合成に成功した。
