Research Abstract

本研究は、単細胞生物ミドリムシ由来の光センサー、光活性化アデニル酸シクラーゼ(PAC)の活性化の分子機構解明を目指すものであり、その第一段階としてミドリムシにおける薬剤感受性を明らかにし、さらにPACの遺伝子を単離してそれらの構造を明らかにした。これらは形質転換系確立の基本情報として重要であり、PACの大量取得と構造・機能解析へ向けての基礎となるものである。
