Research Abstract

我々はハイパースペクトル(HS)・イメージング技術を用いた診断システムの開発研究を行っている。本システムによる計測の同意が得られた被験者を計測した。スペクトルをベクトルとみなし、基準ベクトルとのなす角を計算した。得られた角度分布マップのフラクタル次元を鑑別指標と定義し、この指標の有用性を統計的手法を用い確認した。感度は84%、特異度は90%であった。本鑑別指標は悪性腫瘍の特徴を反映した高性能な指標になり得ると考えられる。
