Research Abstract |
Retinoids play an important role in development, differentiation, and homeostasis. To identify RXR homodimer-binding sites in the human genome, we performed a modified yeast one-hybrid system and identified 250 potential RXR-binding sites. In addition, TOHO rSNP database will be important for the elucidation of the physiological functions of RXRs.
