Research Abstract

Ni, Feなど強磁性金属の異常熱ホール効果の観測に成功し、異常ホール流のビーデマンフランツ則を初めて確認した。また、熱ホール伝導度と電気ホール伝導度の比であるローレンツ数が非弾性散乱に敏感であることを利用して、異常ホール流が散乱に依存しない内因的なベリー位相によるものかもしくはスキュー散乱による外因的なものか判別できることを明らかにした。
