Research Abstract |
For developing high performance electrical devices operated by pure spin currents, we have established the control method of the direction of the spin polarization using multi-terminal spin injection and the generation method of the pure spin current without using ferromagnetic. We have also investigated the origin of the spin Hall effect and the mechanisms of the spin relaxation and the spin diffusion in nonmagnetic wire.
