Research Abstract

10nm程の直径の磁性ナノ粒子を、様々なバイオマテリアルで修飾することで、ナノバイオ磁性ナノ粒子を開発し、磁力を用いて細胞を操作する技術を開発した。具体的には、(1)レトロウイルスベクターを磁気操作する技術、(2)共培養後の標的細胞を磁気分離する技術、(3)細胞を磁力で配置するパターニング技術、(4)細胞を磁力で集積させて高度な三次元組織を構築する技術、といったナノからミリメーターに及ぶマルチスケールバイオマニピュレーションの開発を行った。
