Research Abstract

バキュロウイルスが宿主遺伝子と相同な分子(宿主ホモログ)を持つことは知られていたが、それを体系的に調べた研究はなかった。本研究では、カイコゲノム情報を利用してバキュロウイルスの宿主ホモログをゲノムワイドに同定した。また、個々の遺伝子についてジーンターゲティングを用いて遺伝子機能を解析し、宿主制御への関与を明らかにした。
