Research Abstract

本研究では信号処理技術を応用した繊維製品の検査技術の開発について検討を行った. 繊維をディジタルカメラにより画像へ変換し,これをガボール変換することで,繊維の特徴である糸の間隔や交差角を局所領域で検査し,設計仕様を満たさない箇所を強調することで,製造欠陥を調べることができた.変換に必要なパラメータは理論的に導いた.また,確率モデルを用いた欠陥の自動判別方法を開発した.そして検査技法のハードウェア化についても検討を行った.
