| Research Abstract |
本研究は,DMD素子とイメージャを一体で制御することにより,イメージャ本来の撮像スピードを超える高フレームレートのビジョンシステムを開発し,その有効性をアルゴリズムおよびシステムの両面から検証し評価することを目的としており,実際に振動分布イメージング,広ダイナミックレング撮像,多重フレームストラドリングについてシステムを開発し,その有効性を確認した.
