Research Abstract |
In this study, we proposed a new metaheuristics for optimal placement problems. We showed that the proposed method is both very simple toimplement and highly effective when compared to previous metaheuristics. Furthermore, our method could be applied not only to optimal placement problems, but also to other combinatorial optimization problems.
