Research Abstract	視覚情報の知覚過程に知識や経験がどのような影響を与えるのかを調べるために実験課題に将棋を用い、将棋の棋力と駒組の認識に関わる脳波活動の関係を調べた。将棋において意味のある駒組を上級者に提示したところ、約200ミリ秒の潜時で頭頂部に活動が現れた。このような活動はデタラメな駒組に対しては現れず、また初心者は意味の有無に関わらず300ミリ秒の潜時で活動を示した。この結果は知識が知覚情報処理を促進することを意味する。
